Through the creation of a multifunctional IT portal for translators and customers, they aimed to streamline project management, improve communication, and simplify the translation process.

Our main tasks were: to integrate the API with the online platform, help to develop a chatbot and 20 microservices, automate testing and improve product security.

In order to reduce errors of the chatbot as much as possible we automated testing of various user scenarios. Our dedicated QA team helped to build up a bug management process and dealt with over 500 test cases two months before the release.
