About the project

A game publisher engaged our team to create a new casual title built around a merge-based progression system. Over a six-week development cycle, we produced a multi-platform release ready for global distribution

Tasks

The client required a lightweight, approachable game featuring simple merging interactions as its core loop.

Our team was responsible for end-to-end game development, cross-platform localization, and UI/UX visual design

Solutions

Players move objects with swipes to merge them into higher-level items. Once an item reaches its maximum level, it converts into crystals — the in-game currency used to purchase bonuses.

To support this, we created:

  • A physics-driven system for smooth object movement and responsive animations,
  • A progression and rewards framework to reinforce player engagement,
  • A polished visual layer with UX-focused interaction patterns.

The production cycle included:

  • Establishing the game vision, narrative framing, and mechanics outline;
  • Designing interface layouts, animation sequences, and visual effects;
  • Implementing the interaction system and merge logic;
  • Conducting iterative testing, debugging, and performance tuning;
  • Finalizing localization and preparing platform-specific builds for release

Outcomes

The final product was a fully developed, multi-platform casual game with clear onboarding, refined visuals, and a reward structure that supports sustained player interest
