The primary task was to collaborate with the in-house team to finalize the active development phase and prepare the minimum viable product (MVP) version of the application for launch.
The project is currently in the active development phase, where we are focused on delivering effective solutions for every feature. One key enhancement we implemented is the registration state recovery, allowing users to seamlessly return to their registration process, even if they exit the application midway. Additionally, we are developing a biometrics module and a comprehensive customer profile feature to further enhance user experience and security.
Previously, developer resources were consumed by maintaining the main marketplace platform, resulting in constant delays with only the registration stage implemented in the application. Our intervention helped reduce technical debt, introducing critical features for the release phase, enabling the team to progress towards a successful launch.
